Physio Form are excited to offer our new ‘Yoga for Runners’ 60-minute class lead by our Senior Physiotherapist and certified Yoga teacher Rebecca!

We appreciate pounding the pavements, upping your training programme, racing hard can lead to aches and pains. Yoga is clinically proven to help with movement disorders by correcting asymmetries’ and improving overall biomechanics. Not only are there many physical benefits of a regular yoga practice for the body, but also the mind, by calming the nervous system through breath control and aiding mindfulness.

These classes are specifically targeted to runners to open tight hips, improve lower limb flexibility, balance, and core strength. You do not have to be a runner to attend though, any avid sports person or gym goer will benefit.

If you struggle to find the time to stretch, want guidance to recover from injury or prevent injuries in the first instance, then book in to our Monday evening ‘Yoga for Runners’ 60-minute Yoga class. The class is for all levels, including complete beginners. As a practicing Physiotherapist with over 20 years- experience, Rebecca can safely lead you through the class offering adaptations where needed so that you walk out not only feeling rejuvenated but feeling strong and in-tune with your body.

Monday evenings 6.30pm-7.30pm starting 7th August 2023

£12 per class pay as you go

£66 for 6 classes (£11 per class)

£120 for 12 classes (£10 per class)
