Fit Back and Bumps is a new Ante Natal and Post Natal Educational Exercise Programme bringing new mums and mums to be together to share their pregnancy experience. This is more than just an exercise class! Delivered by Chartered Physiotherapists, expert guidance and instruction is guaranteed throughout, helping remove the fear women have about exercising during and after pregnancy. So you are in safe hands at this crucial time of your life! - This is why we are different from other programmes.

How to reduce stress incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles
How to reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core

Why things may be hurting and how to fix them!
Group sessions give you the opportunity to meet other new mums and mums to be, developing life long relationships and sharing the pregnancy experience
Participants on the programme will receive an information pack containing an educational booklet and exercise cards so they can continue the exercise at home or at the gym.
The programmes can be run on a one-to-one basis or in groups of up to 8 people. If you have a medical cash plan such as Simply Health or Sovereign Healthcare your costs may be covered as our courses are run by Chartered Physiotherapists.
Each Ante and Post Natal programme consists of four 1 hour sessions, incorporating exercises, stretches and discussions on different topics.
