I am keen runner and have recently (12 weeks ago) had a full abdominal hysterectomy. Thanks to Laura’s advice and knowledge I am already back running again, taking things gradually but doing a lot better than I thought I would have been at this stage!
My most recent appointment has been using the telehealth service and it was a really good way to progress my recovery at this time. Laura was able to give me some further running specific exercises during the session and I have already booked another telehealth appointment in a couple of weeks’ time.

I have found the advice and support form Physio Form invaluable. It has helped me identify causes for my pain and ways to reduce it and improve many aspects including running technique, key warm ups and stretches, sleeping posture, working posture, and really useful exercises for strengthening and targeting my issues. Little tweaks done with the right supervision can make a massive difference! The telehealth appointments were great as a follow up to initial treatment as I was able to maintain progress and get my techniques checked and refreshed to stay in a positive place pain-wise, this was really useful and really easy given it just involved turning on my computer! I am really grateful for the support from Physio Form and pleased with the results.

I would thoroughly recommend the Telehealth service provided by Physio Form. I sustained an injury just as the social distancing measures were introduced. Since then, I have had several Telehealth appointments with Laura and she has provided me with exercies to do at home so that I can recover. Each session starts with a review and then we look at progression exercises. I feel that I am progressing much quicker with my recovery due to the Telehealth sessions.

I just wanted to say a few words regarding my physio sessions with Laura Dutton in recent weeks. I have been suffering with lower back problems in recent weeks (many hours sat in a car seat) and found Laura’s approach to diagnosing my issues very reassuring and extremely helpful. Through a managed programme of sessions and homework for myself (stretching, posture habits, exercises, etc) I have seen improvements in my situation which have made me feel more positive and relaxed about my recovery. Things were explained in a comprehensive but understandable way by Laura and I would have no hesitation in recommending her as a proficient physio. The support staff at Physio Form are very professional , welcoming and friendly to compliment your visit.

to me by Bupa for specialising in neck injuries.
Laura and the team made me feel very welcome as soon as I arrived. I had 100% confidence in Laura's ability to treat my condition. She knew exactly which areas to target and the exercises required to treat my condition.
I never felt the sessions were rushed and was given as much time as I needed. After 6 sessions with exercises in between the injury recovered and several months on I have not experienced any further problems.

Due to pain in my hip and knee, I have had my gait analysis done at running form. This has enabled me to buy running trainers to suit the way I run and to help the hip pain I have been going to physiotherapy. Laura the physiotherapist has been brilliant. Sorted my sore knee in only a few sessions. Like the way they don't pressure you to have more sessions if you don't need them. Have also been back for a post half marathon massage, feel like I've got new legs!
I also messed up my dates and my appointment was changed with no problems, had every helpful communication via email too.
I want to thank you for your treatment for my back...From one physiotherapist to another, you have excellent skills in pain relief and rehabilitation. I shall definitely be recommending Physio Form.
We did it! Felt strong and ran all the way-managing a smile at every mile! Completed it in under 5 hours - in what I think was a respectable 4hrs43mins! Thanks for all your support - couldn't have got through the Achilles injury without you! x

Both Physio Form and Running Form are highly recommended. The difference between them and other professional running shops is the effort of the staff to do their utmost for you. Whether you need to buy something or need injury advice or help, the staff are more than happy to help and explain in detail why they think you should follow their advice. Lovely trainers and a healed ITB was what I left with. Highly recommend.
I love this place. The staff are so friendly and very helpful in every way they could possibly be. If it wasn't for Laura I would still be training the wrong muscles which have caused my injury. Where now I have changed my training sessions and worked on the areas that need to be worked on. Xxxxxx
I've been suffering from Plantar-Fasciitis for the past 2 years. I've been to doctors had shoe inserts made and I was still no better. But after one session with Laura she had diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Since then I have been able to run pain free. I would highly recommend Laura to any runner who can't run because of pain.
Just been to Physio Form at Running Form shop. Have to comment on the fantastic advice, treatment and care received. The standards are the best and would recommend to both athletes, injured people and for general pain relief.
I have suffered knee pain on and off for the 4 years that I have been running! Earlier this year I was given advice to see a physio who specialises in running. It was the best running advice I've had!! After years of wearing orthotics and struggling with knee pain I have established that the problem was my glutes, not my knees! After a few treatments and doing exercises at home, I ran my best ever 10K race this Saturday and felt fantastic!! I was still overtaking at miles 5 and 6!! Awesome!!!
Have had several sports massages and went yesterday to have Kinesiology taping on my knee and hamstring. Ran in a race last night and both during the race and today haven't felt a thing from my niggles - really impressed. The service you get is second to none and is personal to your requirements. I intend to go for a full Biomechanical Assessment in the near future. Highly Recommended!
I found my visits to Physio Form both highly professional and very friendly. Phil and Laura were very welcoming and my treatment with Laura was excellent. After an initial assessment, treatment was explained by Laura in a way a non-professional could easily understand, and was also very reassuring.
Relief for my lower back problem has been fantastic and I would recommend Physio Form to anyone with musculoskeletal problems, whether from sport injuries or other causes.
