Rebecca graduated from the Manchester School of Physiotherapy in 2002. After specialising in paediatric
physiotherapy completing rotations within neurology, oncology, respiratory, orthopaedics and burns
and plastics. Rebecca then further specialised in paediatric burns and plastics leading the physiotherapy
team at the Manchester Children’s Burns Unit.
A move to New Zealand in 2011 took place to pursue Rebecca’s passion for multisport and developed
professionally in sport related MSK physiotherapy.
Rebecca developed her special clinical interest in the hand and upper limb before working as an
associate hand therapist treating a variety of conditions and providing post-operative rehabilitation.

With a strong passion for sports, Rebecca thrives on the challenge of treating athletes both at club and
professional level. Rebecca had the privilege of providing physiotherapy at the New Zealand PGA and
massage therapy to international professional rugby teams during the 2011 rugby world cup.
Rebecca also has certification in mat pilates aswell as a qualified Yoga teacher and she utilises these skills as part of her rehabilitation programs. Having in depth knowledge in these areas, Rebecca fuses these into rehabilitation
with her patients.
Rebecca believes a holistic approach to treatment is essential and thrives on the challenge of returning
an individual back to general well-being, work and chosen sport, whether a weekend warrior or
competitive athlete.
