Chloe graduated from the University of Keele in 2020 with a BSc (hons) First Class Degree in Physiotherapy. She has five years of NHS experience at Queen’s Hospital Burton. Shortly after graduating she started her junior rotational post gaining experience and clinical skills in a variety of specialties including rheumatology, orthopaedics, respiratory and intensive care, and then found her niche in musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatients.

Chloe gained a Senior Physiotherapist post in 2022 after three months working in MSK. Since then, she has kept up to date with her continued professional development by going on an array of clinical courses. These have included Jo Gibson’s “Steps to successful shoulder treatment”, Andrew McCauley’s “Unravelling strength and conditioning for Therapists”, and more recently “MSK imaging referral and interpretation” in which she gained a better insight into when patients may be appropriate to be referred for imaging, and which type would be most appropriate for certain clinical presentations. In 2023 Chloe started at the Physio Form clinic part time alongside her NHS work. Since November 2024 she decided to reduce her NHS hours to then be able to dedicate more time to working at the clinic. My special interests involve joint instability/ reduced neuromuscular control (particularly shoulders, knees, foot and ankles), lower limb running biomechanics, vestibular (dizzy) disorders, pre and post operative rehabilitation, especially ligament reconstruction.“I pride myself on listening to my patients needs, and tailoring their treatment on an individualised basis.

I take a holistic approach to strive to get a patient back to their specific sport, hobby or day to day activity, as soon as suitable. I am passionate about seeing my patients through their rehabilitation journey, or simply maintaining their soft tissue mobility to prevent injuries. I work well within my scope of practice and feel competent and confident in my decision making when it may be appropriate to refer a patient onto another specialist, or for investigations. In my spare time, I love to socialise with family and friends, and travelling to experience different cultures and ways of life. I enjoy keeping myself fit and active (when I’m not too busy socialising!) through a mixture of physical activities such as running, strength training and reformer pilates.
